- OOO4 days ago1.0Consistently missing items, and when I request money back they report otherwise. If you fancy paying full price for trash food and missing items, boy are you in luck
- LCLuke Cunningham6 days ago1.0Absolutely awful. It wasn't very busy when I went in to order food at around 2300. I waited over 20 minutes to get my food, it got busier and busier and I was still waiting. I then asked to speak to someone with regards to my food. I was asked for proof of which I could not show as the ticket machine didn't work. Then the lady staff member proceeded to ask for proof and to see my phone! I was able to show my watch for proof of purchase, but still did not believe me. This staff member still proceeded to try and argue with me and said I was being aggressive, although other customers said I was mellow. In the end I asked for a refund and she refused to give me a refund. She said they'll make the food fresh, but then just went and got a bag that had been sitting there for a while. Once she gave me the food she tossed the receipt at me! I understand if you're having a bad shift and almost finished, but jeez don't take it out on your customers that pay your wage. The food was nice but service absolutely terrible. Will never visit this McDonald's ever again, other people also waited over 20 minutes even for a happy meal!

They have always got my order wrong and I always end up paying more than I receive, and because it’s via the app - there’s no refund, you just end up smacking your head against an AI chat bot. Would generally avoid as staff apparently can’t read
